How do I receive your offer?

Can I make a reservation without payment?
Some airlines allow a courtesy hold without payment, however fares are never guaranteed until payment is made and the tickets are issued.


How early should I book my ticket?
While traditionally we have been booking tickets as early as possible, this is not always the case. Our experienced agents will offer you their professional opinion when quoting for your trip.

 
Are there ever last minute deals available?
YES! In fact much of our business is driven by clients needing last minute flights, where the published fare is extremely high. We are always able to beat the published fare, even last minute and often by 20-40%.


Do you sell economy, or domestic tickets?
While our specialty is international premium cabin sales, we are a full solution travel agency. We will service our clients on all flights.


Ticket Handling

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card, paypal, or bank transfer.


When do I receive my ticket?

Once payment is made the tickets will be issued, confirmation and 

e-tickets will be sent via email by next business day.


Ticket Rules

Are there any restrictions?

There are no minimum stay restrictions, nor Saturday night stay requirements. One-way tickets are generally only slightly more expensive than 50% of a round trip.


Can my ticket be changed?

Changes are allowed unless specifically mentioned during the booking process. There is a change fee on all tickets, and there may also be an additional charge for fare increases. Unless mentioned during booking changes may be made up to 3 days prior to date of 

travel.


Can my ticket be canceled?

Yes, all tickets are valid for 12 months from the date they were issued. If you must cancel a trip, let us know at least 3 days prior. We will be able to rebook you for any travel dates pending same class availability up to 12 months from the date of the original purchase.


Am I able to receive a refund?

Unless purchasing a fully refundable fare (usually triple the price) all tickets are non-refundable. Name changes are also not allowed.
